Board Talk is an AI-powered sports analysis tool delivered via a Discord bot. It provides informational content including prop bet analysis, injury reports, and sports data for NBA, MLB, UFC, and NHL. Board Talk is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional gambling advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Board Talk. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we determine eligibility requirements are not met.
Board Talk offers paid subscription tiers that provide monthly credits for using our AI-powered commands. By subscribing:
Each subscription tier includes a set number of credits per month. Credits are consumed when you use Board Talk commands. The credit cost per command is displayed within the bot. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with notice. Trial accounts receive a limited number of lifetime credits that do not reset.
Board Talk provides AI-generated analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing provided by Board Talk constitutes professional gambling advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Sports betting involves inherent risk. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make and any wagers you place. Board Talk expressly disclaims any liability for losses arising from use of our analysis.

All content, branding, frameworks, and software comprising Board Talk — including our AI evaluation frameworks, scoring systems, and analysis outputs — are the intellectual property of Board Talk and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. The Board Talk name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary.
Board Talk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or up to date. Sports data, odds, and injury information may be delayed or incorrect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Board Talk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Board Talk integrates with third-party services including Discord, Stripe, Anthropic, Railway, and The Odds API. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of any third-party service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Board Talk at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Board Talk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
